What is Indoor Walking class?
Indoor Walking involves lower body work outs set to music on special static exercise bikes. Rapid fat- burning through high aerobic exercise, improves strength, endurance and speed. As well as leg work out, it develops abdominal strength and cardiovascular improvement.

The class is divided into 4 parts: warm-up, main core, cool down and final stretching.
Recomended for women of all ages. Maybe you think that it is too hard for beginners, but at LadysGym we encourage you give it a try and with the help of our instructors, you will get hold of it quickly enough.
