What is Pilates class?

With our Pilates class you will relax and work body and mind. Stretching exercises improve the general body posture, essential  improving coordination and balance.

PILATES AND YOGA SIMILARITIES

Power Yoga and Pilates are not for fat burning, but rather for muscle strengthening  and mental training. They combine slow and gentle anaerobic exercises. Every movement focuses on breathing control, body alignment and mind concentration.
