What is Cross Ladys?
It is a new training system that we have designed for you to improve your fitness performance. It consists of a series of polymetric and isometric exercises performed in a specified time of 30 to 50 seconds with a short rest between each exercise.

In a Cross Ladys class you will burn fat by activating your metabolic system, working on strength, endurance and cardiovascular capacity.
It is also a fun and very effective training method that covers all muscle groups: leg, glutes, abdomen, biceps, triceps….
