What is Ladys Pump class?
Using variable weight discs, bar, and an aerobic step, you adjust the weight load according to each type of exercise and your personal goals. The main muscle groups are worked individually with exercises such as squats, weight-lifting and deadlifts.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT LADYS PUMP
The objective of the class is to strengthen and tone your muscles through repetition. For 60 minutes, you work out with weights, bars and discs to music. Starting out with a general work out, progressing to chest, legs, back, arms and ab routines and ending with stretching.
KEY POINTS OF OUR LADYS PUMP CLASSES
At Ladysgym we recommend that you start off with liitle weight while concentrating on technique and builing up gradually from there. Our team will be happy to advise you on each exercise.
