What is STEP class?
Our Step class is basically a dance class peformed on a height adjustable step. The height of the step is adjusted according to the desired level of cardiovascular and lower body work out, increasingthe heart rate to between 120 to 140 bpm. We improve our circulatory system, memory and coordination.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT STEP
Step is an activity derived from dance, benefical for the heart and muscle tone. It can be done by women of any age who like to exercise with music. Spend a few minutes warming up and little by little, the intensity of the class increases.
