What is Zumba classes?

It consists of following choreography to Latin music, while enjoying the fun of this group class. It’s a halfway house between a dance class and an aerodance class. Perfect for dance lovers!

Zumba combines both high and low intensity movements (cardiovascular and muscular work outs, balance and flexibility) with the main objective of having fun. You won't even realice all the calories you´ve burning during class! When the rhythm takes over, the class becomes a party.

Zumba is a choreography class where you dance while burning calories and having fun. Then finish up with half an hour toning exercisies for glutes, abs and legs.

Aerobic discipline that consists of performing choreographies with music from Latin rhythms while enjoying the fun of this group class. It's halfway between a dance class and an aerobics class. For dance lovers!
